As some of our customers know, yesterday we had a server meltdown. The problem has been corrected and everyone is backup and running. The server team scrambled into action and now we are running on a new system. Most of the customer sites were up and running with in a few hours. The rest by midnight and E & M Preferred Solutions was up this morning.
The good news is that our server response time have been reduced significantly due to the new server. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused, but we can now serve everyone more efficiently. I would like to thank everyone that was involved in getting the system back up and all data replaced and everything reconfigured properly. My hat off to all.
